Guest access The entire house is yours to enjoy with all the amenities you can think of. There are a few locked cabinets in both bedrooms, the upstairs bathroom, and the pantry area with our personal stuff so we can come enjoy the Beach House from time to time. Other things to note - Rental Agreement: A rental agreement will be sent to you at the time of booking for your review and electronic signature. - Additional Guests: Planning a family reunion? We can accommodate additional guests upon request for an extra fee. - RV Hookup: We offer one full RV hookup for up to two additional guests for a fee of $125 per night. Please let us know upon booking to arrange for payment and access. - Early Check-In / Late Check-Out: Subject to availability, we may offer early check-in or late check-out for a fee of $50 each. Please make your request at least 24 hours in advance to see if we can accommodate. - We have Beach Access!! There is a gate that grants us access to walk through Green Acres Campground that goes straight to the beach. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the beach and Whale Watching Deck. - Please pick up after your pets. There are doggie waste bags located on the fence by the entry gate. - Please keep your pets off the furniture. There is a dog bed located in the laundry room. - The hot tub is serviced after each guest, if the hot tub rules are not abided by and the hot tub needs to be drained, cleaned, and refilled due to misuse, there will be an additional service charge of $150. - Please close the dog doors at night as there are critters, especially skunks that show up occasionally. - Outdoor Bar with 2 barstools located under the covered patio. This is great for outdoor entertaining.
