Nearby are walking tracks, reserves, and Barrington Mall. The city centre is 8km, Adventure Park & Pioneer Recreation Centre are 3km away. Access is not ideal for wheelchair. It's 16km from the Airport. The space This private area offers exclusive access through its own entrance for our guest, providing an ideal haven for travellers seeking personal space with Wi-Fi, free parking, central air conditioning, a washing machine and self check-in. Our family home is located upstairs to ensure your complete seclusion, but we're always ready to assist with any questions you may have about the area. With one lounge, bedroom, wardrobe, bathroom, laundry facilities, sheltered courtyard and sweeping views of both the city and mountains, this space offers a unique blend of modern convenience and natural beauty. We will provide linens for the bedroom with extra blankets. We will also provide some basic items like milk, tea, coffee, sugar and hot chocolate. It also includes a continental breakfast. While our apartment doesn't feature a kitchen, we've ensured your convenience with a designated space equipped with a mini-fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and tea/coffee station. The laundry area is equipped with a washing machine along with a clothes horse, allowing you to refresh your wardrobe and travel light. As this is a downstairs apartment just like any split level living however we are a quiet family. Guest access The guests will be able to access the apartment from a separate door. There is ample space in the private courtyard area that can be used for drying any washing. There is plenty of off street parking available. Access is not ideal for wheelchair or with any mobility issues. Other things to note Extra blanket is located in the hallway cupboard. Additional blankets, pillows, sheets will be made available on request as Christchurch can get chilly in the night during winters. Enough dishes and cutlery are provided for you but if you require a new set of dishes please contact us during your stay. We will collect your dirty dishes and replace with a new set.
