This 2-bedroom apartment in Old Trafford, Manchester, is the perfect choice for families and friends looking for a comfortable and convenient stay. The property is elegantly furnished and well-kept, located on the first floor, and accessible by elevator. This apartment offers an open space plan with a fully equipped kitchen with essential cookware and cutlery that you'll need to cook delicious meals, such as a stove, a microwave, an oven, and a table for four. It is integrated into the living room, which features a comfortable sofa and a wide-screen smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. For added convenience, the apartment has a dishwasher to make post-meal clean up a breeze and a washer, a clothes dryer, a drying rack and an ironing facility to meet your laundry needs. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed with its bathroom, providing added privacy and convenience, and the second bedroom has a double bed. All the beds have complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort. The two bathrooms contain all the necessary amenities, including clean towels, a towel dryer (in main bedroom drawers), a hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. For stays longer than 14 days, we offer a cleaning service at an additional cost. This includes an all round clean, change of towels and bed linen and top up of certain supplies. Enjoy your stay! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home! Other things to note This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (4 p.m.). Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe. There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee. We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required). The person booking has to be one of the individuals staying. Booking for a third party is against AirBnB policy and could result in you being refused access to the property. For INTERNATIONAL guests without a UK mobile phone sim or those on a data only sim, you will need ability to text a UK mobile number in order to open the car park gate. Without this you will not be able to enter or leave the car park. We will charge a fee of £50 if the cleaners have to be rebooked following a guests over staying the agreed check out time. Please DO NOT rearrange the furniture. There will be a charge to move furniture back to its original position.
