House with great views of the Bucklige Welt

Relax with your family or friends in our beautiful bungalow in a quiet location with great views of the Bucklige Welt @Bullscreekranch The house is located right next to the forest from which you can take nice walks! The Bucklige Welt and the Wechselgebiet offer some excursion destinations in summer and winter! In winter, the nearby ski resorts of Mönichkirchen, St. Corona, Semmering, Stuhleck are suitable for skiing or snowboarding. The space Via the entrance you come over 3 small steps to the terrace with the great view of the Bucklige Welt! The terrace also leads to the entrance of the house! From the entrance hall of the house you can access the kitchen, toilet/bathroom and living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need for your stay. A Nespresso coffee maker including coffee and milk tabs is available! In the bathroom there is a washing area and a shower (please bring your own towels) as well as a washing machine. In the living room you will find a dining area as well as a couch to end the day in front of the TV (SAT + DVD player) and then spend the night in the 2 bedrooms! In the small room is a bunk bed and small boxes. In the large room there is a double bed and a large wardrobe. Guest access The whole house + terrace is at your disposal for the duration of the stay. Other things to note The location: The house is situated in a quiet rural area in the middle of the Bucklige Welt away from stress, crowds, skyscrapers, car traffic, horn concerts, etc.! Around the house there are many forests, fields, meadows, stables that are managed by the surrounding farmers! Therefore, it may well be that in addition to birdsong, crickets, and the mooing sounds of cows, you can also sometimes hear the farmers with their tractors at work. Thanks to our farmers for the work that we are all provided by them! If someone has a sensitive nose, yes, we have fresh country air, stable scents and the fields are fertilized again and again! Therefore, it may well be that when you are there, a fresh breeze reaches your nose. But let me tell you, no one has died from it yet! :) Around the house: Around the house there is not a fence everywhere, because in nature this is not necessary and there is no main road with us either! The seating in the meadow, around the house or on the terrace invite you to relax! Shopping: In the countryside, there is not a store or supermarket on every corner! Therefore, consider taking something with you or buying something in the nearby supermarkets! In the village, there is a small supermarket and a village shop with products from the region. Dining out: In the Bucklige Welt there are some inns / restaurants and wine taverns with super good food and drinks! Simply inquire on the Internet which restaurant suits you and is open! Of course, we also have some tips for you. In the house: We provide the bed linen/covers free of charge for the stay! We don't have towels, so bring your own! No smoking in the house!!! Please only smoke on the terrace!!! About the dog: Dogs are welcome with us, but we ask you to follow our rules for staying with your four-legged friend! - Do not let dogs run free on the property (only with a leash) - Wipe dirty paws of dogs when entering the house - Do not let dogs on the couch, bench or bed - Please go for walks outside the property - If the dog does its business on the property, we ask that you remove it - If the dog damages something, we ask for information Our animals: Our animals are used to other animals and people so they also come very close to the fence! PLEASE DO NOT FEED THE ANIMALS! Petting is allowed, but please pay attention to the electric fence!
