House with pool – Countryside

Welcome to our Limousin countryside! Beautiful 130 m2 house completely renovated offering calm and serenity just 15 minutes from Limoges. With a nice 2000 m2 park with stunning views of the countryside, you can enjoy friendly moments with family or friends by the pool or in the shade of the covered terrace. The interior of the house also offers beautiful living spaces and is very functional. The space The house includes a ground floor with a large living room composed of: - a coooconing seating area (relaxing 4-seater sofa, an armchair... etc.) where you can listen to music or watch TV (apps available Amazon Prime, Disney+,etc...). - a dining area with 6 seats expandable to 10 people overlooking a magnificent view of the countryside The kitchen is open to the living room and fully equipped: - refrigerator - gas stove - kettle -scafetiere filter - Dolce Gusto coffee machine - Toaster. etc On the ground floor there is also a bedroom (queen size bed) with a shower room and a toilet Upstairs there are: - one bedroom with Queen Size bed - one bedroom with a double mezzanine bed - an office with a sofa bed (2*80) - a large bathroom - a separate toilet The wooded garden of the house extends over 2000m2. It's lovely. We have a small vegetable garden that you can enjoy with good care during our absence 🤗 There is also a covered terrace and an 8X4 swimming pool with direct access. We provide the linens, and bath towels Cleaning is also included. This is our main home, so you can find our personal belongings there. Other things to note The proximity to the Limousin-Perigord Regional Nature Park will give you the opportunity to go on nice hikes for nature lovers. Similarly, right next to the house passes the Way of St. James. Limoges is 15 minutes away. You can then visit the porcelain capital and these museums, or go for a walk on the banks of the Vienne.
