Please note that there is no lift available. Other things to note You'll access the apartment through self-check-in, allowing you to enter your Florence Charming Apartment any time after 3 PM by following the instructions you'll receive via email once the process is complete. Our office provides prompt responses via email, chat, and phone from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday through Sunday. Outside these hours, we respond to emergencies only via phone or chat. During check-in, we'll ask you to register the IDs of each guest who will stay in the apartment.
