Roomy 3-Bed Pigneto, Easy City Access

Enjoy your Rome experience in a spacious three-bedroom home... at Casa delle Cementine, you'll find a place where modern and 1930s Roman styles blend together. The apartment is in Pigneto, a trendy neighborhood full of artists, restaurants, and cultural clubs, compared to Brooklyn by the New York Times. Bus and trams stop right outside the apartment, taking you to Termini Station (15 minutes) and all areas of the city center. The Pigneto Metro C Station is a 5-minute walk away. The space The house has 3 bedrooms: 1 double for 2 guests 2 single rooms with a queen-size bed. A fifth guest can be accommodated exceptionally on the sofa bed in the living room. KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM In the kitchen you will find a large table with four chairs, a kitchen equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and a view of the quiet inner courtyard overlooking a lovely orange tree. In the same room you will find a living room with a sofa, period piano and SmartTv to which you can connect your accounts and not miss your favorite TV series. BEDROOM 1 Bedroom 1 has a comfortable and spacious double bed, a wardrobe in which you will find the iron, ironing board and drying rack. The closet has a practical mirror. To relax and read one of the books about Rome that you will find in the house, you can have the retro-style bench that enriches the room. The room also has a desk with a dressing table, chair, guest guides, and practical bedside tables. ROOM 2 The red room, with paintings on the walls in the full artistic theme of the Pigneto that represent graffiti and murals of great Street Artists. The bed in the room is a queen-size bed. The room also has a desk with a dressing table and a comfortable and enveloping vintage armchair. ROOM 3 It is a very nice room, located in front of the entrance to the house. In the bookcase you will find books inspired by art, Italian cuisine and Rome. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT THE ROOMS: 1) The bedrooms overlook a busy street, the house is in a bustling area but has double windows that almost completely isolate the noise. For those who are particularly sensitive to noise, however, I recommend taking note of it. 2) The sheets and bath linens that you will find in the rooms are provided by a laundry that takes care of cleaning and sanitizing. 3) Air conditioning is present in the kitchen and in room 1; in rooms 2 and 3 you will find modern fans with a water misting system to provide a pleasant feeling of freshness. BATHROOM The windowed bathroom is decorated in an artistic and industrial style, like the rest of the house. You will find a washer/dryer and the necessary detergents, hair dryer, shampoo, hand soap, bath foam, and toilet paper. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house. Check-in is allowed from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., at other times a fee will be required based on the time.
