Nestled in a stunning 30-acre Vineyard alongside the Columbia River, this charming 1901 converted barn offers a secluded retreat with breathtaking views. Being only 15 minutes to Lake Chelan and 7 minutes to the entrance to the Methow Valley, you are next door to 50+ local wineries, world class golfing, boating, hiking, hunting, fishing, and more. “The Barn” is the perfect home base for a short or long stay! The space The Barn is tucked away at the base of Arbuckle Mountain, providing incredible mountain views behind the property and scenic Columbia River and Antoine Creek Vineyard views in the front. Inside, the cabin is both cozy with its rustic wood floors and spacious at roughly 1,000 sq ft. The beautiful open-air master queen bedroom sleeps 2, an upstairs bedroom features 2 twin beds, and a sofa sectional in the living room converts to sleep another 2. You will find the spacious kitchen is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your meals at home. The bathroom spotlights a large soaking tub. Outside, enjoy a fire pit, picnic table, and large space for games. Spend a quiet day at home by the fire enjoying a walk through the vineyard, or head out wine tasting or hiking and come home to a soak in the tub and a sky full of stars. Additional amenities: Keyless entry, Smart TV, charging station, noise machine, Keurig, hairdryer, fire pit (when allowed) Guest access The Barn is located behind the main farmhouse residence on the SW corner of the farm property. You are invited to walk around and enjoy the beautiful 30-acre setting of the working-farm vineyard. Please be respectful of our vines! Antoine Creek Vineyard grows grapes for several local Chelan wineries. Other things to note There are 2 nice dogs that are on the farm property. We have a small Boston Terrier, and a sweet and shy German Shepard that sometimes likes to greet visitors and/or cars as you come into the property. They are just saying hello! Please remember this is a 120+ year old building on a farm and in a rustic setting in the heart of nature, which is part of the experience. As such, you may see wildlife and also the occasional outdoor insect making an indoor appearance.
