Welcome to SiYen three! A cozy townhouse with WiFi, smart TV, king-size bed and bathtub awaits you. Thanks to the digital door lock, check-in is possible at any time. Perfect for business or private trips. Enjoy your stay – uncomplicated, warm and on an equal footing. The space In SiYen three, you will live in a spacious townhouse with around 90 m² on two floors. Three separate bedrooms offer plenty of space – ideal for families, friends or colleagues. Two rooms are equipped with king-size box spring beds (180 × 200 cm), another with a single bed (80 × 200 cm). In the dining room, you can eat, work or relax together. The kitchen is fully equipped – with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer and all the important utensils. The bathroom has a bathtub, toilet, sink and a practical washer-dryer. There is also a separate toilet upstairs. Wi-Fi and a smart TV in every room are of course available – simply log in with your Netflix or Prime account and enjoy your favorite content. Thanks to Smart Lock, you can check in flexibly around the clock – via app, web or PIN. Traveling for work? We'll be happy to issue you an invoice. As a small courtesy, a surprise awaits you on arrival. Welcome to SiYen three – uncomplicated, warm and on an equal footing. Guest access Access to the accommodation is completely keyless via a modern Nuki Smart Lock. You can choose between three options: – by PIN code via the keypad on the door, – via web link directly from your browser, – or via the Nuki app on your smartphone. You will receive your personal access code in good time before arrival. This way, you can check in and out flexibly around the clock – without handing over the keys.
