A happy family home

Welcome to our family home and a new listing! We live a few minutes from Clovelly and Fish Hoek beach—a lovely, family-friendly stretch of sand and sea. Kalk Bay, with its vibey shops and restaurants, is a 5-minute drive or a 15-minute walk. Simonstown and Boulders Beach (along with their famous penguins) are around the corner, as is Cape Point National Park. Simply put, beautiful hikes, great beaches, and world-class restaurants are all on your doorstep! The space This 4-bedroom house is home to a family year-round, and we're excited to rent it to you this December. We are conveniently located close to grocery stores, a shopping mall, beaches, mountains, and a national park. It's about a 35-40 minute drive into Cape Town city centre. Our home has four bedrooms, three with single beds, and one with a double bed. There is a family bathroom with a shower and bath, a guest loo, and one of the single bedrooms has an en-suite. We have an outside shower with hot water (especially useful after the beach!). The main bedroom has a small office with two desks for any work that needs to be done. The kitchen and lounge are open-plan and open onto a big sunny garden with a trampoline, sandpit, and a bunny hutch. At the front of the house, there is space for one car, and we have a small veggie patch. This is a great getaway for a family who loves the outdoors. Please note, we will not consider any reservations for less than 7 days. Guest access Guests have the entire house and garden. Other things to note We have an inverter that keeps some essential lights running and the TV and wireless going. In addition, the house will be serviced three/four times a week.
