500 meters from the port of Argenton, our house is in the middle of a 2500 m2 plot and surrounded by a vast natural area conducive to walking and cycling. Nautical center at the port and surf school nearby. There's no need to take your car. The space Bedrooms 1, 2, and 3 are on the first floor, and bedroom 4 on the second floor has a beautiful view of the countryside and a small sea view. Guest access Two garden tables with umbrella and a hammock to enjoy the shade of the apple trees and chestnut tree. The whole house (except for a small room on the ground floor) and the large plot: in front of and behind the house will be for you. Other things to note A fireplace with insert is available for your use.
