Enjoy the tranquility of the Scenic Rim. This spacious and serene space is a quality home with modern features, including a swimming pool, aircon and BBQ. One kilometre from the golf course this unique valley offers mountain bike tracks and rowing are also popular in the valley. The expansive balcony is home to a huge dining table where you can relax with an evening meal on a balmy summers night. The home is equipped with Wifi, big screen television and small library of books and games. The space Spacious 3 Bedroom home with swimming pool. Comfortably sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms and with foldout bed a 7th (advance notice please). Aircon in living area and master bedroom and ceiling fans in all rooms. Video available on request. Guest access Access is via the key safe the code will be sent on the day of arrival. You are free to use all areas apart from the garage and storage cupboards. Other things to note MountainView House rules Please read these house rules prior to booking this property: All children are considered guests and must be included in the occupancy count, which cannot exceed 6, including infants. ***Additional guest will be charged at $50 per night per person*** Let your host know if anything can be done to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable! No smoking or drugs in the house.  All adult guests must provide ID’s if requested. Please observe fire ban days and do not light any fires outside. The booking guest must be staying for the duration of the booking as per the Airbnb Terms of Service. No subletting allowed. We understand that guests leave items behind. We will return any small items at a cost of $20. However any keys not returned attract a fee of $1000 as we will change the locks. Please consider our neighbours and keep the noise to a minimum after 11pm. To prevent damage to bedding and towels, please do not wash laundry that belongs to the house. We will gladly provide replacement bedding and towels upon request. If you break or damage something, let us know so we can arrange for its replacement or repair otherwise we will charge you for replacement. Leave the house tidy with the dishes clean and put away. It should be left the way you found it. Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house. Your stay is governed by the Scenic Rim local government Act therefore party’s are not allowed in short term rental accomodation. Unless organised beforehand we charge late check out fee of $100 per hour as our cleaning staff are paid by the hour and we may have another booking waiting to use the property. Enjoy your stay. Ian
