The space This property has a covered carport, ample extra parking space for a boat or second car, and a large backyard. The entrance includes quiet reading area, leading to 2 bedrooms, offering flexible sleeping arrangements. One has a queen bed and the other a double bed plus a set of bunks. A clean, crisp, and spacious bathroom offers a roomy shower, big bath, and vanity. A separate powder room ensures privacy , and there is a fully equipped laundry that opens onto a small back deck. Upstairs is a light-filled open plan living area, modern fully equipped kitchen, 8 seater dining table, comfy lounge and TV with surround sound .
