From the moody colors to modern decor, you’ll find peace and serenity in this space at the end of a long Delta day. Located just off of California Street, you’ll be less than a mile walk from Downtown Rio Vista! The entrance opens into the open concept living room and kitchen. There is a partition wall blocking off the bedroom from the living room area, which is complete with a queen bed. The bathroom is located just a few steps away from your comfy queen bed. Do you have kids or a few extra quests? There is a sofa sleeper in the living room for them to crash on. Guest access Digital keypad on the door for easy access. Parking located directly next to the unit with a laundry room across the way (quarters needed). Other things to note During your stay, we ask that you remember to be respectful of your neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10pm-7am. For real, take the party to Foster’s Bighorn if you aren’t ready to sleep just yet. Additionally, thank you for respecting our “no smoking” and “no pets” policy so that we can keep our properties in the best condition possible. Pets include but are not limited to dogs, cats, livestock, and/or spouses. Should you choose to ignore this, there will be a $300 fine assessed for breaking either of these rules.
