Newly-built basement apartment in Villastaden

Brand new basement apartment with shower and toilet in one of Falun's nicest and quietest neighborhoods in Villastaden with walking distance to the train station, city center and Lugnet. 100 meters to Falu Hospital 500 meters to Falu city center 800 meters to Lugnet Cool and comfortable basement apartment for company on a few days' visit or on a journey. There are up to 8 beds, storage for everyone and a flexible dining area. No pets. Free access to barbecue area in garden with large outdoor kitchen and possibility of bicycle washing. The space The apartment is a basement apartment of about 55 sqm with its own entrance, it is completely newly built with lots of space-built solutions and furniture. The bedroom and living room area has a slightly lower ceiling height than normal; about 1.90m, while the kitchen, toilet and shower have about 2.10m. For the vast majority, this is no problem at all, but if you are a little taller, you may have to think twice before booking. There are drapes between the rooms and the apartment is wonderfully cool in the summer and can be completely darkened. There are beds for a total of 8 people, two of which are double beds (one is a sofa bed) and 2 bunk beds. The place is good for larger families where the kids can stay in the bunk beds and the adults in the double beds. Of course, 8 adults can also stay if you know each other well. Each bed has its own electrical outlets and reading lamps. In the apartment, there is plenty of storage for all guests' bags and luggage. The kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher and stove of the narrower model. Wine, champagne and regular drinking glasses are available. It is about as far up to Lugnet as down to the city center, about a 5-10 minute walk. It takes 5 minutes extra to walk to the train station. The area is very quiet and consists of large villas on fairly large plots. Other things to note Bed sheets and towels (one small, one large) are included, but if you want to bring your own, you are welcome to do so, of course. Please let us know in that case. You make your own beds, so you get to choose which beds you want to sleep in (there's a lot to choose from...). We use environmentally friendly detergents and the sheets are made of satin cotton of the brand LUNA. There are laundry facilities in our own laundry room if this should be needed for longer stays. Just let us know and we'll fix it somehow. Parking is available in the yard, it is possible to park a little to the side so we can get in/out with our own cars. We will check before arrival how many cars you will be arriving in and where in the yard they can be parked.
