Our aim is to make our home your home away from home, while enjoying the lovely pace & mind set of being on holiday. With all the luxuries of being at home with a fully equipped kitchen, including an ice machine & Nespresso coffee maker. All basic items are stocked in the pantry for our guest. The House includes free WiFi & is fitted with solar powered battery back up & Nest smart speakers in all the bedrooms & kitchen. The space A cozy freestanding home in the suburbs of Ballito with a big entertainment area, built in braai, jacuzzi and swimming pool. Please note this space is shared with out resident cat James, so you need to be an animal lover. Central to all local attractions, beaches, restaurants and shopping centers. 10 minute walk to the beach and Ballito Village home to the little Spar, Thrive Pharmacy and lovely restaurants. Rates include daily servicing during week days, servicing on public holidays & the weekend can be arranged at an additional charge. Guest access Guests are allowed access to all areas of the main house, entertainment area and swimming pool, they are able to make use of the double carport to park cars. Our property has a cottage at the back with a separate entrance. It is gated off in the garden and in the kitchen courtyard. Guests are not allowed to access the cottage area. Other things to note We have a friendly black and white resident cat who will be in and out of the main house, he loves to lazy around the house and garden during the day and will curl up on the bottom of a bed during the evenings. Please give our boy James some love. Our cottage is occupied by our friendly tenants Jared, Miccy and our dogs. Please don’t enter the cottage area.
