Powder Mountain ski resort 23 miles. Nordic Valley ski resort 19 miles. Pineview reservoir 19 miles. Mountain biking and hiking within 2 miles. Weber State University 1.4 miles. Historic 25th Street offers great restaurants and nightlife (2 miles away) after a busy day feel free to relax in the Hot Tub. The space I added stairs going down to the entrance because a couple people mentioned it was a little steep and slippery when wet.
