Step through the front door into an open floor plan featuring an updated kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, and living area with comfy sectional seating where almost everyone gets their own recliner while watching a game or a movie. Step out of the living room to the sunroom to play games, read or just enjoy the view. There is also a foosball table and large Connect 4 game. Beyond that is a screened lanai and porch with outdoor dining for 6-8. On the lanai there is a comfortable couch and chairs with views of the waterway and tropical landscape! Don't forget the pool area with lounge chairs, floats and another small table and chairs. The heated pool is perfect for floating and relaxing, 12x20 with a deep end, it’s super cozy for chilling with friends and family! There is also an outdoor shower. And right around the corner you will find the outdoor kitchen with grill, sink and mini-fridge! The home features a split bedroom floor plan, perfect for families or multiple couples. The primary bedroom sits to one side of the great room, with two other bedrooms on the other side. Each bedroom offers a SMART TV for everyone's enjoyment. The spacious primary bedroom has a king bed and a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, along with direct access to the outdoor pool area. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and TV. The third bedroom has twin beds with trundle and closet with shelves and TV secretly mounted on the wall of the closet! Outside the screened lanai lies the gorgeous tropical landscape that runs down to the water. Beautiful views of tropical birds and casual fishing on the waterway. PLEASE NOTE: While this is a waterfront home, the waterway is not accessible for boats, nor does it connect to open water. Casual fishing may be enjoyed from the dock. *Child safety-this home is equipped with door chimes on doors to pool area, it is the sole responsibility of the renter to ensure the chimes are plugged in and in working order. The home is also equipped with a screen/fence to separate the patio living/dining area from the pool area, neither of these features are to be considered a substitution for adult supervision.
