Take walks on the beach, enjoy beautiful sunsets, or meet new friends at the Tiki Hut or Marina (across the street). See dolphins and birdwatch from the deck or the inside living area. Like to cook? The kitchen is well equipped with double ovens and a Viking gas stove. Watch a football game & enjoy a cocktail from the downstairs porch tiki bar or take a nap in the hammock. The space This house is an entertainers dream! The upstairs is open concept with plenty of seating that looks out on the water. The kitchen features double ovens and a Viking gas stove. There is also a bar with a with a wine fridge and ice maker. There are decks on the bay and gulf sides. Downstairs, there is a tiki bar and a large covered porch that is great for socializing and watching your favorite sports or shows on the big screen tv. The bunk room is also located downstairs. There is no inside access to the upstairs from the lower level, just outside stairs. If you just want to relax, take a nap in the hammock or walk out to the beach for a leisurely stroll on the white sugar sand. Don’t want to cook, walk across the street to the Tiki Bar. It’s open Spring through late Fall. Bring your boat! Boat ramp and marina with fuel, ice, and bait is across the street, and room to park your trailer in the huge driveway. *Check with marina regarding wet slip availability, or you easily take it in and out, ramp is literally right across the street. Guest access The entire house and beach access is available to guests Other things to note This house is equipped with an elevator for those who have ambulatory issues. The inside is open concept and is mostly wheelchair accessible. The master bathroom has grab bars in the bath and shower area. The downstairs area is also mostly accessible for wheelchairs and there is a wooden walkway that extends to the sand on the beach.
