The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with a dishwasher, toaster, microwave/cooker and hob, and we also offer regional coffee and good tea. The dining room has a table for six people. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed, a flat-screen TV and a table with speakers and a built-in charger. Board games are also available. The cottage has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is a clothes dryer in the upstairs bathroom. Guests have two bedrooms at their disposal: the first on the ground floor with a double bed and a bathroom, and the second on the first floor with the option of two single beds or one large bed. This spacious bedroom has a dressing table with an antique mirror, a TV, and a stylish bathroom. Towels are washed at high temperatures and bedding is professionally pressed. The cottage has blinds on all windows, security cameras, and is opened with a code that will be provided before arrival. The entire facility is warm and cozy, and the fresh mountain air is filtered by a modern recuperation system. It is professionally cleaned with ecological products. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a large table, terrace furniture and a barbecue area. Despite the ban on smoking indoors, ashtrays are available in the barbecue area. The cottage is located at the foot of the Karkonosze Mountains, in the Słoneczna Dolina estate, offering breathtaking views of the mountains. Outside, there is a modern wooden terrace with furniture and a unique barbecue area, surrounded by benches. The terrace has a beautiful view of the mountains and nearby forests, which creates ideal conditions for spending time outdoors. The house also has two TVs and a table with speakers and a built-in charger. Cleaning is done professionally with the use of ecological products. The bedding is carefully ironed and the towels are washed at high temperatures, which ensures the highest level of hygiene. A local fee is introduced in the area of the Podgórzyn Municipality. § 2. The local fee is collected from individuals staying longer than a day for tourism, leisure or training in the Podgórzyn Municipality. § 3.
