The kitchen is modern and well-equipped, including a dishwasher, toaster, microwave/oven, and stove. We also offer regional coffee and fine tea. The dining area has a table for six. The living room includes a comfortable, fold-out sofa, a flat-screen TV, and a table with speakers and a built-in charger. Board games are also available. The house has a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. The bathroom on the upper floor includes a clothes dryer. Guests can enjoy two bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, and another on the upper floor with the option of either two single beds or one large bed. This spacious bedroom is equipped with a vanity with an antique mirror, a TV, and a stylish bathroom. Towels are washed at high temperatures, and the bedding is professionally pressed. The house has blinds on all windows, security cameras for safety, and is accessed via a code that will be provided before arrival. The entire property is warm and cozy, with fresh mountain air filtered by a modern recovery system. It is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products. Outside, there is a spacious terrace with a large table, patio furniture, and a grilling area. Although smoking is prohibited indoors, ashtrays are available in the grilling area. Information about the local fee: According to RESOLUTION No. XIII/141/19 of the MUNICIPALITY OF PODGÓRZYN, we are obliged to charge a resort fee of 2 zł per night per person over the age of 5.
