Inside: There's two floors, fully stocked kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, a large TV with a comfy sectional in the basement, a one car garage, and a fully stocked laundry room. Outside: The backyard offers a grill, a shaded lounge area, a cozy second lounge area around the fire pit, fully fenced yard so your furry friends can run and play! History & Renovations: Originally built in 1942 as a farm house amidst an apple orchard, this home was lovingly remodeled in 2012. The main bathroom shower has been recently updated. As the owner, I've cherished every moment in this house, particularly the vibrant neighborhood. My favorite spot? The back yard fire pit! I love hosting large gatherings in the back yard during warm summer nights, and you'll enjoy it too! Guest access You may enjoy the entire home, backyard, and outdoor dining areas. It is a wonderful space to host gatherings. Other things to note If you’re curious about some house & property rules, I have a no smoking in the house rule. Smoking is allowed anywhere else in the property, but just be sure to dispose of the waste in garbage. No one is allowed in any of the surrounding yards.
