The space The apartment is organized on two levels and includes two collective living spaces, sheets and towels are provided, and the beds are made on arrival. There are four bedrooms each named after one of the Haut Giffre municipalities: Sixt-Fer à Cheval, Samoëns, Morillon and Verchaix. Three of them (Sixt-Fer à Cheval, Samoëns, Morillon) have a master suite with bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. Three of them also have a separate balcony, all bedrooms have a desk for computers. You will have Wi-Fi internet access throughout the chalet. The apartment is heated by an underfloor heating system. The ground floor consists of an entrance hall comprising a closed area. for storing your luggage and a closed laundry area with washing machine and dryer. This hall gives access to the central room. It includes the fully equipped kitchen area with its dining room and in its extension the sitting area giving access to an outdoor balcony. This balcony accommodates a sauna (for 2 people) and an outdoor dining area. The ground floor also houses a bedroom with a master suite with shower, sink and toilet. This room opens onto a balcony with a dining area for two people. This master suite has been designed to be wheelchair accessible. Access to the first floor is via a child-safe staircase. It gives access to three bedrooms each with a shower, sink and toilet, two of which are master suite. Two of the three bedrooms open onto a balcony allowing relaxation. The first floor also includes a TV/games area for children. Guest access The entire chalet and outdoor access as well as the small outdoor shed to store sports equipment. Other things to note The chalet is located in the hamlet of Verney-en-Haut, five minutes away from the village of Morillon. In winter, you can easily reach one of the three cable cars by car giving access to the Grand Massif ski area: Morillon (5 min), Samoëns (10 min) or Vercland (10 min). Unless you choose to take a bus giving access to the cable cars of Morillon and Vercland whose stop (Le Verney d'en Haut) is located 20 m from the entrance of the property. In summer, you can easily reach the two recreational areas of Morillon and Samoëns or the Cirque du Fer à Cheval (20-min drive) or access all the hiking sites of the Haut-Chiffre Valley.
