This budget-friendly and affordable 1-bedroom condo is near Ninoy Aquino International Airport and walking distance from the Terminal 3 footbridge. 5 min walk to Resorts World Casino 10 minute drive to Terminal 1 & 2 15 min drive to MOA, Solaire, Okada, Makati & BGC The space This is a one bedroom 36.5 sqm unit located on the 5th floor of Pinecrest Residential Resort, a condominium development here in Newport City. Security is available 24/7. Our space features the following: LIVING AREA -40” Smart TV -Converge Fiber 100 mbps wifi -3-seater sofa with pull out double bed -1 ottomans foot rest -Split type airconditioning unit -Extra twin size floor mattress BEDROOM -Queen sized bed with fresh & clean linens (bed cover, flat sheet, duvet w/cover, pillows) -Space to hang clothes and store luggage -32" Smart TV -Split type airconditioning unit -Flat iron and ironing board -Hangers -Hair dryer DINING AREA & KITCHEN -4 seater dining table & chairs -Electric stove top -Rice cooker -Fridge -Microwave -Pots, pans & other basic cooking utensils for light cooking. -Drinking glass, wine glass, cups, plates, bowls, spoons, forks, & chopsticks. -Electrical kettle -Water jug filled with mineral water BATHROOM -Hot & cold shower -Shampoo and body wash -Fresh & clean body towels (one for each registered guest) -Bidet -1 to 2 toilet paper rolls based on number of guests and length of stay Note: this is a smaller unit ideal for 2-4 guests. We can accommodate up to 6 by providing extra twin size floor mattress. Guest access Pinecrest Residential Resort is a 10-story mid-rise development here in Pasay City, Newport City township next to MNL (NAIA) Terminal 3 airport. Located on Newport Blvd: -Mcdonalds (24/7) -Lawsons and 7/11 convenience stores (24/7) -Starbucks -Subway -S&R Pizza -Gilligans Restaurant -Popeyes -Metro Supermarket -Nail Salons, Spas, Barbershops and Hair Salons -Newport Resorts Mall and Casino -Marriott, Sheraton, Belmont, Savoy and Hilton Hotels -Kao Manila and House Manila There's pay parking in the building. Please message us after booking confirmation to secure and reserve a parking slot. Parking rates: If 1 night stay only - 400 php/night 3 nights stay & more - 300 php/night Note: This is on a first-come, first serve basis. Since we only have limited parking slots available, the first guest to book and provide payment/necessary parking details will have a guaranteed parking space. We will ask for a copy of drivers license, make/model/color of the vehicle, and proof of payment for the parking slot. Parking alternatives are across the street at 81 Newport or Metro Super Market paid parking next to Popeyes. _________________________________________________________ All guests are required to submit a copy of their ID for admin approval of the guest pass at least a day before arrival. Late submission may result in delays with the check-in so please submit these requirements as soon as possible. Upon arrival at the lobby, you will be required to present you ID to the guard. Once validated, you will be asked to sign up & provide basic info on their guest/visitor online system. You will then be allowed to proceed to the unit after. Self check-in will be allowed for any check-ins after normal business hours. The process will be the same regarding registration. Please proceed to the unit's mailbox to retrieve the keys after registration. Other things to note We're virtually available by phone or messaging. Please contact us via Airbnb first to ensure an immediate response. WHILE OUR STAFF IS AVAILABLE VIRTUALLY TO ANSWER ALL QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS, WE MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE 24/7 TO ATTEND MATTERS IN-PERSON. PLEASE ALLOW US TIME TO COORDINATE WITH OUR TEAM AS THERE SCHEDULE AND LOCATIONS VARY DAY TO DAY. We would like to make apparent that this is a budget-friendly and affordable place to stay. Please consider more expensive accommodations (hotels, etc.) if you are looking for attentive and a 24/7 customer service experience. Strictly 3 pm check-in & 12 pm check-out. Early check-in or late check-out is for approval and is not guaranteed. This is depending on the availability of the room and time needing to clean after the previous guest. If approved, we charge a 200 pesos per hour fee for any changes to the check-in or check-out time. Airbnb is built on trust & relationships. As a host, I have full confidence that you will take care of everything in our home, follow our hose rules & will not take anything when you check out. Please use the appliances, furniture & fixtures responsibly as you would your own. You will be liable for any loss or damage to the property. IMPORTANT: No smoking and no parties/events allowed. Please TURN OFF the aircon and other appliances when not in use especially when not in the unit. The pool is located on the 2nd floor. Please coordinate with us and downstairs lobby if you plan to use the amenity. Do note that the pool area requires reservation and is free for the first 3 guests. It will be an additional 300 php per additional pax that will be paid to the building administration. If you would like free pool use and no reservation, please see our other units at Pinecrest Residential Resort. Also note that any noise concerns should be addressed to building security. Please note however that we are located in a busy street with many establishments around us. If looking for a serene and peaceful place, please book a hotel room not an airbnb. Regarding any insects or bugs in the units, please note that we are located in a tropical climate and may see minimal insects usually seen during the hot season. We can confirm that our unit is not infested with cockroaches or ants like other airbnb units in the city. We do our best to prevent any infestations and routinely do major cleanings to mitigate this risk. Please be advised that due to plumbing & other reasons that are out of our hands, there is sometimes a very faint smell coming from the bathroom exhaust or drain. We are aware of it & the building admin too so we would like to know in advance. It's due to the building pipes & it is common in the building. Grease trap cleaning & other maintenance activities are done in all our homes regularly. If you spot a not-so-nice smell in the room (which seldom happens & only usually during the hot season), it is coming from the pipes as we're located in an old building. Please note that the building maintenance is aware of this. When you book this home, you confirm that you have been made aware & that you understand that it is out of our hands.
