All home-styles are insulated for energy efficiency and fully furnished. Guanacaste and other local woods are used in the interior design. The property has on-site grounds and security personnel on site . General common area is share for parking among the other units. The space Apartment is one of five unique home-styles in the Casa Aire Complex. It is a beautiful apartment with all the amenities of home. It is located inside the Casa Aire Complex in the Los Canales neighborhood in Playas del Coco, Costa Rica. Apartment is bright and spacious with an open floor plan that includes the sleeping/living area, kitchenette, and 1 full bath. Sleeping/area - Has 1 king size bed that can sleep 2 people. We know the importance of resting well during trips, our rooms are comfortable and spacious. Kitchenette area - Is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare your meals - refrigerator, microwave, 2 burner induction stove top, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, eating and cooking utensils, a food bar, beautiful over-head lighting, and the AC unit. Bathroom - Is a little taste of a Spa with its over-sized shower, the elegant sink, soft towels, a water-conserving toilet, and other bath amenities. Close to Central Town - It is less than 15 minutes walking, depending on your stride, to Central Coco and the beach. Along the route to and from town is a large supermarket, a fresh fruit/vegetable stand, and the HomeCenter. And if you choose not to walk, the drive to town by taxi or your own vehicle is less than 5 minutes. Extras - We do encourage our guests to "unplug" as much as possible and embrace the Pura Vida Life during your stay. But those who may be on a "work-cation" or just like to stay connected, WiFi and cable are available, we offer 100 MB. Free access to two private clubs in the area is included during your stay. We want your experience to be memorable if you need recommendations or help we will gladly help you. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire apartment and other outside green spaces. Other things to note Apartment in Casa Aire offers self check-in, for your convenience. All check-in information will be sent to you on the day of check-in or the day before, through the platform. In the apartment you will have 100MB WiFi, for your entertainment or if you want to check your work. In addition, the TV is smart, you can log into your Netflix account and others. We have A/C throughout the unit for your comfort. The main room has an equipped kitchen, sofa bed, Smart TV, and work area. The room has a king size bed, ceiling fan, safe, full length mirror, open closet, and lots of natural lighting. Its outdoor living area is a covered terrace with an architectural concept that gives you privacy, being semi-open, in this area you can relax enjoying the breeze, enjoy coffee on the terrace, or lie in the hammock and relax, it has a ceiling fan. Parking area inside the complex is totally enclosed. You will be given an access control for the main gate. It also has an electric fence for added security. During your stay you can request laundry service at an additional cost, as well as other services such as beach towels, cooler and grill. We'll send you the details of these services. Pets are allowed upon request. Ask about our pet rules. You will have assistance on site, as there are staff during working hours from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
