This is a 3 bedroomed static caravan situated at St Andrews holiday park with stunning views over the East sands beach and bay. Within walking distance into town and everything it has to offer. Buses pick up and drop off regularly at the holiday park entrance and on site is a restaurant and bar which serve fantastic food and during the busy seasonal months offers entertainment. There is also a papa johns pizza takeaway. The space This lovely caravan has a large comfortable living area and dining space, a smart tv and Wi-Fi are available for guests use. The kitchen has a full size fridge freezer, double oven and hob also a microwave we have plenty crockery, glassware, mugs and cooking utensils available. The caravan is heated by central heating, supplied by gas cylinders. There are 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. The singles in the twin rooms are slimmer and shorter than traditional singles so please be aware when considering booking, great for smaller adults and kids. There is one shower room and one en-suite wc and sink (no shower) in double room. Also a point to note, there is no decking with this caravan however lovely lawned area and the coastal path is right on your doorstep. we supply garden chairs and tables. Also parking is beside the van. Guest access Guests have full use of the whole caravan and allocated outside space. Other things to note Steps up to the van door. Lead booker not under 21years old. No events/parties. Quite time after 9pm
