Enjoy your time in our cozy three-room attic apartment. It is very centrally located and yet in a quiet residential area. Parking is available right in front of the house. Public transport is within walking distance. The Nordhessen-Arena, Auestation, the Auepark with the beautiful orangery is very close. Restaurants, cinema, museum landscape, exhibition halls and the city center invite you to linger. The space On 50 square meters, a cozy 3-room apartment with a bedroom and another bedroom with a workplace awaits you. The separate living room with sofa bed invites you to linger in the evening. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area is equipped with everything for everyday needs. A bright bathroom with window, bathtub with shower partition should round off the vacation experience. The bedroom has a box spring bed (180×200) and a wardrobe. It is designed for 2 people. The second bedroom has a double bed (140×200) on the wall and can be booked for two more people. If necessary, a fifth person can sleep on the pull-out sofa for an additional fee. Television, Wi-Fi, a small selection of books mean there is no boredom in rainy weather. The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, kettle, fridge, oven and 4-burner stove, dishwasher and all necessary utensils for preparing meals. For the short stay, many small items such as detergent, spices, sugar, flour, etc. are available. In the separate bathroom there is a hairdryer, plenty of towels and hygiene items. Check-in is flexible after 3 pm using the key box. An eBike can be rented for a small fee. Bicycles can be parked behind the house out of sight or parked in our garage on request. On request, it is possible to charge your e-car with us for a small fee. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment and throughout the house. In the garden you can enjoy a cigarette in our cozy beach chair corner. In rainy weather, you can smoke in front of the covered front door. Guest access The whole apartment is at our guests' disposal. The apartment is not accessible and is located on the 2nd floor Other things to note The washing machine, dryer and freezer are shared.
