The 3rd bedroom has a king bed and beautiful windows overlooking aspen trees. Both upstairs bedrooms share a newly renovated bathroom. Please be mindful this is a duplex with a shared driveway so it is important we do not block our west neighboring duplex’s driveway/garage access.
