If everyone would have to leave the condo kindly TURN-OFF ALL THE AIRCON units. Reservation/Security Deposit is AUTOMATICALLY FORFEITED in any of the following conditions: - Unit is left without CLAYGO (clean-as-you-go), dirty, messy, disorderly, unwashed dishes, stained linens/bedsheets (menstruation, gums, beverage spills, etc), walls, damages in the unit, lost or broken items, kitchen wares, appliances, furniture, fixtures where guest is at fault. - If PET POOP AND PEE are found or even smelled anywhere in the unit, security deposit is forfeited. Condo property management will also charge a penalty for pets found peeing or pooping within GGS compound. Better have your pets wear diapers at all times. Cooking of dried fish, tuyo, daing or any other food where smell stinks and stay is not allowed. Charges apply if violated. Strictly NO SMOKING inside the unit. Smoke detectors are installed. Ask guards for designated smoking areas. Discreet smoking in the open laundry area is fine, however, never throw cigarette butts in the open air. Please trash them properly You can leave your trash at the exit stairway beside the elevators. Please follow waste segregation instructions posted on walls and trash bins.🏷 At check-in, KITCHEN CLEANING MATERIALS such as dish-washing liquid, sponge, garbage bag and basahan are provided. However, replenishment and other things you need in the duration of your stay will be yours to provide.
