Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or in the designated smoking area. Penalty for leaving the unit with a bad smell: ₱8,000. 🛏 Damage & Cleaning Fees: Stained bedsheets, blankets, or towels: ₱400 per item. Stained sofa bed: ₱1,000. Trashing, damaging, or excessively messing up the place: ₱15,000 penalty. 🔒 Security & Compliance: The building has strict security rules that all guests must follow.
