Welwyn Village - Modern, cosy 2/ 3 bed home!

Our newly-refurbished end terrace house, is nestled in leafy Hertfordshire village, Old Welwyn - Off street parking for 2 vehicles. With only a 5min drive to Welwyn North or 8 min to Welwyn Garden City train stations. This is a main line 20min trip to Kings Cross. 5 minute walk into the village, with 7 pubs and a variety of restaurants/takeaways such as Indian, Greek, Italian & Mediterranean. The village also has a Tesco Express and BP/M&S for those last minute goodies! The space The house is well-furnished and has everything you will need during your stay. We only live 5 minutes away and can assist with any questions or queries you may have. This house has 2 double bedrooms, 1 x with a king-size bed, 2nd bedroom has a double bed. Double sleeper couch in the dining room. For longer bookings, we are flexible about changing the space/adding beds etc..just ask. Spacious dining/living area that leads from the entrance/TV lounge. The day room is a lovely place to enjoy your morning "cuppa" as the sun warms the room through the glass. Fully functional modern kitchen with all required appliances to make your stay that little bit more comfortable. Off-street driveway parking is included, space for 2 cars, WI-FI, and SMART TV all included. Perfect separate office , with a desk, two office chairs, printer and fast Wifi, for those who need to work from home. This house is perfect for family trips, over night functions or in between moves, with extra beds available if required. Guest access Meet & Greet Other things to note Welcome basket available on request at a charge £15, with basic essentials such as bread, milk, jam, butter, juice. Additional rules Bookings: We only accept bookings from guests that have a positive review history. Extra Guests : Extra guests are charged at £20 per person per night. Pets: Pet bowls provided. Pets and pet food to be kept downstairs, please. All pet mess should be cleared and disposed of in "poo bags" and disposed of in the black bin. The charges for pets are £10 per dog, per night. We will need to amend the charges, and send a special offer for the addition of the pets, so please communicate how many nights you wish to stay, and how many dogs you are bringing with. No Smoking: No smoking or vaping within the house - charges will apply if there is evidence of smoking. Waste: The general waste bin (black) and recycle bin (blue) are situated at the front of the house. Bins are collected on a Tuesday morning. Please dispose of all rubbish in the appropriate bin before checking out. Exterior: Please note rear decking is slippery when the temperature drops. Please be careful. Interior: Please avoid wearing shoes upstairs as this is a carpeted area. Cameras: There are 2 x external CCTV cameras. One at the front of the property covering the front door and driveway. One at the rear door covering the garden. Please note the cameras may record images.
