Description

Titiwai is a stunning, architecturally designed, unique space set in 50 ha of a gated, native conservation estate. This tranquil home is stylish and contemporary, celebrating many designer features, furniture and fixtures from local artists and craftspeople. Large sliding doors open the back and entire front, creating indoor/outdoor flow onto extensive decking which steps down onto landscaped native gardens, seating and bush tracks. The views of the coast, offshore islands are breathtaking. The space There are two large bedrooms with King beds and wardrobes. A bunkroom has two king singles. The main living space is open plan. Two identical bathrooms grace each end of the home. Other things to note Matata conservation estate is a secure space with strict security and loud noise is not welcome. There is a loud music curfew from 9pm till 7am. The tranquility of the space is a priority. No pets or dogs are allowed on site. There is a strict no outdoor fire policy as the home is surrounded by native bush. Matata conservation estate is a working conservation estate. Guests will be advised if any predator control is being carried out during their stay. There is a camera onsite set to see guests coming and going.
