All pet visitors must be registered in advance as well. Swimming Pool Use: P200 per Day per Guest: The swimming pool is available for visitors and guests from Monday to Wednesday (excluding holidays). Please note that Thursday is reserved for maintenance, and the pool is exclusively for unit owners from Friday to Sunday. To use the pool, please visit the Reception Lobby to complete a form and pay using online channels only (GCASH or MAYA). Parking Information: No free parking. Pay Parking is Available in B5: - Day Rate: P100 for the first 2 hours, P25 for each additional hour - Night Rate (11 PM to 6 AM): P150 for the first 2 hours, P30 for each additional hour Alternatively, parking can be arranged directly with unit owners at P400 per day. Please reserve in advance, and payment should be made to us. We will provide you with the parking slot number and ensure that the security guards are informed before your arrival. Unauthorized parking incurs a penalty of P5,000, which must be paid to our Property Management Office (PMO) before your tires are unclamped. Laundry Facilities: Self-service laundry facilities (wash and dry) are located in Basement 2 of the South Tower. Hours of operation are: - Monday: 10 AM to 7 PM - Tuesday to Sunday: 8 AM to 7 PM Each load has a maximum weight limit of 7 kg and costs P120 (strictly cashless transactions only). Please bring your own liquid detergent and conditioner.
