The space The apartment is located at the Belvedere Holiday Club which is close to everything at this centrally-located place. Enjoy ⛷ in the winter or relax under the sun in the summer, this place offers all. The distance to the Gondola Ski Lift is approx. 350m. / 5 minutes walk. The flat is on the 3rd floor, entrance K, at the Belvedere Holiday Club complex. It is convenient for those who would like to use the SPA, swimming pool that is located in the main building (additional fee to be paid at the main reception). The spacious living room includes a sofabed that is suitable for 2 people. Smart TV that is connected to Wifi. The cozy bedroom has a double bed and a spacious wardrobe. A balcony is connected to both the living room and bedroom with a stunning view overlooking the mountains. The kitchen is fully equipped: oven, cooker, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle and coffee machine. All utensils, cutlery, crockery, and cooking equipment are for the guests' use. Wifi is fast and free. The guests don't pay for electricity and water, these are included in the price. Smart electric heaters are installed. Guest access Separate entrance as well as a keypad to enter the apartment. No personal contact for 🔑. Check-in and check-out times are flexible and we can adjust them to the guests' requests when needed. Other things to note General rules of the main Belvedere Holiday Club building (separate from building K where the apartment is located): no carrying around clothes and items to the pool and SPA. Breakfast is not provided by the host, but is available at the hotel for around 8 euros. SPA per day for all units is around 13 euros per person per day.
