Dear Airbnb friends! Thank you for your interest for this house! This house is for max 25 guests with Jap. garden, and both Tatami and wooden floor rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to all major sightseeing spots: 13 min to Ikebukuro, 18 min to Shinjuku, 26 min to Shibuya, 19 min to Tokyo station. Convenience stores, grocery stores and drug stores are in <5 min walking distance. Pocket WiFi is provided;) Pls read the descriptions carefully. The space The house is located in a calm, yet easily accessible neighborhood. All rooms have been renovated. No matter if you are here to explore Tokyo or to cook and celebrate with your friends: You’ll find the ideal living space for your trip! 【1st Floor】 An open-style parking space and warehouse now. Although the Japanese garden is still accessible for you! Have a cup of tea in the traditional Japanese garden with its little fruit and maple trees. In the warm summer months, this is also the perfect space for extended beer time! 【2nd Floor】 In the second floor, you’ll find the main kitchen, one shower room, as well as a restroom. Four bedrooms are located in the second floor: One bedroom with wooden floor, as well as three traditional Japanese Tatami rooms. The Tatami rooms are equipped with comfortable Futons (Japanese mattresses). The balcony of the second floor faces the garden and can directly be accessed through two of the four bedrooms. Recommended for having your morning cup of tea or coffee while listening to the birds’ tweets from the garden. 【3rd Floor】 The third floor is also equipped with a small kitchen, as well as a shower room and a restroom. You’ll furthermore find one more bedroom with wooden floor and two bedrooms with Tatami mats. The balcony of the third floor is also the ideal breakfast spot for you, your family and friends. Guest access For a group less than 16 guests, we will arrange rooms for the numbers of guests. up to 10 guests=1 floor (4 rooms, available for 12 guests) up to 16 guests=1.5 floor (5-6 rooms, available for 18 guests) more than 17 guests=2 floor (7-8 rooms, up to 25 guests) We will not allow other guests book those unused rooms, so you’ll have your privacy kept!
