This newly renovated house offers a garden with heated pool, terraces with stunning views of the neighboring villages, as well as spacious and tastefully decorated indoor spaces. The space Garden and grounds The house is located on the heights of Vence, about a 10-minute drive from the old town. You access the house via a private road that leads you to the secure entrance gate. If you go straight past the house after passing through the gate, you will find a carport that can accommodate up to two cars. The garden, beautifully maintained, is to the right of the carport, below. There is a 4 × 9 m heated pool, outdoor shower, summer table with chairs, sun loungers, barbecue and parasols. The property Ground floor Entering through the main door, you are in the heart of the house: the large and long living room with open kitchen and dining area on the right and a TV area on the left. The large sliding windows offer plenty of light throughout the day and beautiful views of the villages, the mountains on the right and the sea in the distance on the left. A guest toilet is also on this level. 1st floor You access the upper floor via a staircase. On this level there are two bedrooms, both connected by an outdoor balcony, ideal for breakfast for example. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a double bed, the other with a quality sofa bed and a small desk to work. Both bedrooms each have their own bathroom (one with shower, one with bathtub) without toilet. A separate toilet is also on this level. Basement Passing through the living room, a staircase leads to a third, more spacious bedroom, located directly at the pool level and offering a view of it. This room has a double bed, a sofa area and a very spacious ensuite bathroom. A laundry room is also on this level. Other things to note Pets Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Good to know The house is air-conditioned except for the basement bedroom. The pool is open and heated from mid-May to the end of September. If you go on vacation outside this period and want to operate the pool, there is an extra charge of €200 for heating. The jacuzzi shown in the photos is closed by default and can be opened by special agreement. The house is not suitable for children under the age of 12.
