There is a backyard that is accessible from the large side gate. Huge driveway for plenty of parking and an iron gate around the house for your safety and security. The backyard has patio furniture, patio table, bbq pit, and fire pit the entire sides and back yard is illuminated by lights around the house. Perfect space for a small get together or BBQ. This property is a duplex, there are two units. Unit B is also listed on Airbnb. The only “shared” space would be the driveway. Also guests have access to the backyard via the side gate on the right side of the driveway. However, guests do not have access to the attached unit or the shed in the backyard. Other things to note There is a blow up mattress inside the ottoman in the living room. If you have more than 7 guests, there is a 25$ cleaning fee per person. (Max 9) For those considering an extended stay, please be advised that additional non-refundable cleaning fees will be applicable at the time of booking. The fees are structured as follows: - Stays of 14 to 30 days: $100 - Stays of 31 to 50 days: $300 - Stays of 51 to 90 days: $500 For any reservation exceeding one week, guests are required to schedule a light cleaning weekly. Please note that this cleaning service is included in the already paid fees and is intended to maintain a clean and comfortable environment. Guests are responsible for general upkeep, including tasks such as washing dishes and managing daily cleanliness. Prior to booking, guests must select their preferred cleaning day and time. Should these routine cleanings reveal excessive accumulation of dirt or clutter beyond what is typically handled in a light cleaning (including unwashed dishes or substantial mess), an additional cleaning fee will be assessed for the extra services rendered. We DO NOT allow pets of any kind. Per CA state law we do allow legitimate service animals, there will be a $450 pet fee. This fee must be paid before your stay. Our primary commitment is to uphold a sanitary and pleasant environment for all guests.
