Laundry with 10 kg washing machine, plus beach and leisure items. We do not offer towels. Close to shops. Excellent location! Outside there is a parking space, deck, shower and sun loungers. The house has some decorative and artistic items that convey some of the care and affection we have for it. That is why we ask for responsible people, who value care, cleanliness, safety and harmony with the house and neighborhood. Quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, and we emphasize at other times common sense and care regarding noise, as the lodging shares a wall with the neighboring house and we are in a residential area. Example: slamming doors, children, and loud noise. We ask that when you leave, you check the locks on the windows and doors, both front and back. Even in a safe neighborhood, it's important to maintain this care. If any item is damaged, please let us know so we can repair and clean it properly. Outside, we have a shower and faucets to remove sand before entering the house. If you come with your own vehicle, we have a garage, but if you park on the street, check the permitted places and take care not to park in front of garage maneuvering areas and not to disturb the exit of other residents. Eventually the police make rounds, do not park on the sidewalk and in the opposite direction to avoid fines. Remember that we do not provide bath towels. Bed linen will be provided. Please remove all trash at check-out. Garbage should be placed in the trash can at any time, which is in the gap between the houses. If you are a smoker, use the outdoor areas away from the windows.
