Home in Highland Village

Several rooms available in this snazzy suburban residence located on a quiet street in Highland Village, just 20 minutes from DFW airport. The space Cozy and cheerful home with 2 guest bedrooms upstairs sharing a bath. Additional full bathroom available downstairs. Each bedroom has a comfortable bed with plush linens, a smart tv, a work station and a ceiling fan. Extra blankets as well as additional fans and space heaters are available for your comfort. Guest have 24 hour access to the Kitchenette, which houses several coffee makers, a toaster oven, microwave, electric kettle and soda maker. Other kitchen appliances such as instant pot, air fryer, and blenders are available by request. Please note - Owner’s full kitchen is not a shared space. A Continental Breakfast is available every morning consisting of oatmeal, cereal, and pop tarts. Snacks such as popcorn, hot chocolate and granola bars are also available. Guest access Guests are free to use Living/Family Room, Game Room, Breakfast/Snack Area and Outdoor Spaces. At this time Laundry is not a Shared Space but arrangements will be made for guests staying at least 3 nights. During your stay Text is best. I’m happy to make suggestions and recommendations if needed otherwise just do your thing and I’ll do mine. Feel free to reach out with special requests and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate them. Other things to note We have security cameras outside at all points of entry. The only indoor cameras are at top & bottom of stairs and in some off-limit areas. I respect your privacy and want you to feel at home.
