Brand new open floor plan 3 bedroom home with a large yard and deck with table and chairs that backs to a creek, in a mountain housing community centrally located to the Mountain Lake Club and Shenandoah River and within a short drive to many wineries, breweries and distilleries, Harpers Ferry National Historical Park, Charles Town, Hollywood Casino, Summit Point Racetrack, Shepherdstown, Shepherd University and more. The space This is a brand new build in a mountain community, that features an open floor plan that inludes a living room with a wall mounted 70 inch HD television and two couches There is an eat in dining room table for 6 Large kitchen island with 4 bar stools. New kitchen with quartz countertops and all stainless Kitchenaid Appliances. Kitchen exits to a new back deck overlooking a large yard that backs to a creek that flows to the Shenandoah River. The house has 3 bedrooms, the large bedroom has a queen bed with a pillowtop mattress and direct access to the deck and faces the side and backyard. Bedroom 2 is in the front of the house and has a twin trundle bed that hides a 2nd twin bed beneath that can be pulled out to make a 2nd twin bed, or can be raised even with the top bed to make one queen sized bed. Bedroom 3 has the same bed set up as bedroom 1 and faces the side of the yard. The house has one bathroom that has a shower/tub combo and stocked with plenty of towels and wash clothes. There is an elevated back deck with direct entry from the main bedroom and the kitchen, the deck features a 6 seat table with umbrella and overlooks the backyard and the creek, and you should expect to see lots of birds, deer and other animals passing through from time to time. Please note it does get quite sunny at certain hours during the day on the back deck. The front yard features a large driveway suitable for 2-3 vehicles and a rock garden with a small sitting bench the back yard is expansive and backs to a creek, there are built in benches at ground level around the deck for sitting and enjoying nature Guest access the house is less than one mile to the Shenandoah River and 2 miles to the Mountain Lake Club which is a year round club that has a restaurant and a beach with lake access in season. It also has docks and the ability to rent boats to cruise the lake. There is a small admission fee to access the lake when in season. The club also has live music, karaoke and other events throughout the year. The home is in West Virginia but close to the Loudoun County border in Virginia and within 10 miles of many wineries and breweries in the Loudoun Valley Wine Country. The house is also a close drive to Charles Town which features Abolitionist Ale Works Brewery, Hollywood Casino and Racetrack and lots of historic sites, restaurants and shopping. Harpers Ferry National Historical Park is within a 10 mile drive. Other things to note No parties, if you are looking for a place to throw a party please do not book our residence, we have a limit of 7 on occupancy and a limit of 3 on vehicles parked at the residence. There is a limit of 3 vehicles per reservation, please do not park on or off the street or in our yard and/or pull into our neighbors driveway to turn around, back out etc. Upon driving to the property you may notice amazing views of the Shenandoah River just to your side, upon getting closer to our property (last mile), you will need to travel less than 1 mile of steep uphill gravel/dirt road that can have bumps and pot holes so please take care when driving, we recommend arriving in an awd or 4 wheel drive vehicle during the winter when there is forecasted ice and/or snow. We cannot guarantee any treatment or plowing of the roads in any sort of timely fashion in our community during or after storms so please keep this in mind. Please be mindful of our neighbors, no loud music past 8PM and no parties please. Well trained pets are permitted but only with advance approval and a $99 per pet rental and clean up fee paid in advance, if you have a pet on premises and have missed this prepayment please contact the host right away via the platform messaging you booked on. There is a $250 fee for sneaking an animal on the premises without a pet fee. Please take care to keep animals off of any beds or furniture at all times, pets should not be left alone in the house without being crated. Any damages or additional cleaning caused by pets will be billed after check out. There is a strict no smoking policy inside of the property, which includes out of doors and/or windows any evidence of smoking will be charged a $250 fee, this includes any smoking or vaping.
