It has all modern amenities and can accommodate 6 guests in comfort in a perfect location to explore the surrounding area. There is a patio area outside with table, chairs and BBQ . St Just in Roseland is a rural village known for its beautiful church which is situated by the waterfront of a tidal creek and set in stunning garden surroundings with semitropical shrubs and trees , from here you can walk the 2 mile coastal footpath to St Mawes which has stunning views across the Carrick Roads to Falmouth and Pendennis Point. There is also an inlet or 'Bar' which houses a boatyard as well as being the start of some beautiful creekside walks. 2 miles away is the village of St Mawes which is one of the most exclusive traditional villages in the Country, with a wealth of activities within close reach. Historic Castles from the era of Henry VIII, glistening blue waters, bustling beaches, Cornish Pubs, award-winning restaurants, amazing coastal walks, ferries to different locations, little motor boats, kayaks, and stand-up paddle boards, all available for rental. (During the season) The Roseland peninsula has a huge variety of places to explore, there are many beaches, some with golden sands, some with shingle, all with a splattering of rock pools, there are secluded coves, towering cliffs, and the famous lighthouse at St Anthony. (Fraggle Rock for everyone of a certain age!) The artists' haven of Portscatho is well worth a visit, as is Veryan. with its famous round houses. Accommodation Ground floor: Enter into dining room with doors to: living room and kitchen, comfortable seating, TV, dining table and chairs, fitted kitchen, door to rear courtyard and garden. There is also a bathroom downstairs with a hand basin,WC and bath with a shower over . Stairs to first floor. First floor: Landing area with doors to: Master bedroom with 5' double bed and storage. Second bedroom with 2 x 3' single beds and storage. Twin bedroom with two 3' single beds and storage, separate WC and hand basin. Outside: Patio area with table and chairs surrounded by mature shrubs. Other things to note Useful information Sunday change overs during the season Electricity, heating, bed linen, and towels are all included. You will need to bring your own beach towels. A security deposit of £250 will be pre-authorised on your credit / debit card. Up to 2, well-behaved dogs are welcome at the additional cost of £30 per dog per week. No smoking inside the property. From the car park to the property is on level ground and access into the property is also on a level with just the threshold step into the building. The property itself has one flight of stairs to the first floor but no other access problems.
