The swimming pool and outdoor areas are shared between the four apartments in the residence. We welcome quiet and caring travellers who take care of the premises and respect the tranquillity of the hosts and the neighbourhood. We are located near the iconic lighthouse of Djerba, one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and the Djerba Explore cultural complex. A 5-minute walk away, you will find a taxi station, grocery stores, restaurants and cafés. The space Fall in love with this elegant, bright, 30 square metre apartment with a clean and warm style, comfortable and well furnished. You will discover a cozy living room bathed in natural light. The living room, decorated with modern touches and simple furniture, invites you to relax. The open kitchen, functional and well equipped, makes it easy to prepare convivial meals. All with a hot/cold air conditioner. In the sleeping area, the soft and contemporary decor offers a real haven of peace, storage space and a clean bathroom conducive to daily comfort, all in soothing tones that create a relaxing atmosphere. It has: - electric shutters, - a hot/cold air conditioner, - Smart TV with TNT channels, - a fridge with mini freezer, - a coffee maker, - an induction plate, - a range hood, - a kettle, - a toaster, - a microwave, - oven, - everything you need to cook (pans, everything, dishes, utensils...), - a hair dryer, - household linens ( pillow, cases, duvets, sheets, dish towels, mop and sponges...), - sets of towels per person. We offer a laundry service at a rate of €7 per 7 kg. Please note that we do not iron and that the linen will not be hung out. In Tunisia, the internet can sometimes be less fast or stable than what you're used to. We're working hard to give you the best connection possible, but some slowdowns can happen, especially during peak use. Simple and practical during your stay, you can order meals and groceries via the "Glovo" app and have them delivered directly to the residence. Guest access You will have the pleasure of enjoying an enclosed outdoor space of 800 m², designed for your moments of relaxation and conviviality. Available to you: - a "living room" hut to relax in the shade, - a "dining room" hut to share your meals outdoors, - parasols and deckchairs for your moments of relaxation, - a barbecue is also available for your grilling, - a dedicated space to hang your laundry with pegs provided, - for your comfort, an outdoor shower awaits you on your return from the beach or before entering the pool, - the latter, in the shape of a lagoon, measures 4 m wide by 10 m long, with a maximum depth of 1.90 m, ideal for cooling off and relaxing, - Finally, a parking space on the street is accessible on a first come, first served basis.
