Phily's is a modern ground floor apartment of 80sqm, decorated in black and white tones, with elements of wood and metal, made with passion and a lot of love!!! It is spacious, serene, bright, quiet, safe. It's ideal for couples and families It is close to the center & the beach of Volos, the port for the Sporades, Pelion, the Polytechnic, the old town & the authentic tsipouradika of Nea Ionia. Enjoy your vacation with peace, relaxation, rest!!!! The space Our space is fully renovated in 2023 and is designed to offer maximum comfort & safety. It can accommodate up to six people. You'll have to climb 8 steps from the main entrance of the apartment building. -- It meets all hygiene and disinfection rules. -- There is heating and hot water all year round. -- The whole place is air-conditioned -- There is a 50-inch smart TV with terrestrial channels and Netflix In addition, you will find an adequate collection of Greek and foreign books, board games, backgammon and chess. -- It has very fast 100Mbps Internet, free of charge -- On the balcony you can enjoy your coffee or your evening drink. -- The kitchen is complete, it has all the large and small electrical appliances, cooking utensils and dishes. You can prepare any meal you want. -- There is a TASSIMO coffee maker (no coffee capsules provided), a French hand coffee maker, a Greek coffee pot and a frappe shaker -- Free Greek and ground filter coffee, cocoa, sugar, stevia, tea & 2 large bottles of bottled water are provided to help you on the first day. -- Also, in the kitchen area you will find basic spices, olive oil and vinegar. -- The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper, shampoo-shower gel-conditioner (1 pod per person/per reservation), hand soap, liquid soap. -- A hairdryer is provided, which you will find in the closet of the right bedroom. -- Sheets and bed linen are provided, depending on the season. Extra blankets can be provided upon request. -- Face, bath and hand towels are provided. -- The linen is renewed every five days. You will find extra sets of linen and towels to change during your stay -- Also, at your own expense, you can have a cleaning service during your stay -- Iron and ironing board, sewing items and first aid kit are also available. -- A washing machine & dishwasher are available. 2 washing machine detergent pods & 1 dishwasher pod are provided free of charge. Prefer short or ECO programs. -- Basic cleaning supplies can be found in the kitchen cabinet to the right of the dishwasher. A broom, bucket and mop can be found on the balcony. -- At Phily's, increased visitor protection measures have been taken. Indicatively, the door is armored, the lock is a special type of burglar-proof & smart lock, there are autonomous fire detection & CO detection systems, 3 fire extinguishers, anti-flood sensors, a safe with the possibility of changing the combination, an emergency button in the bathroom. -- Department stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries, banks, ATMs, doctors, etc., are accessible in 3'-10' on foot!!! As well as the old town, with the pottery museum, modern restaurants, traditional taverns and nightclubs & bars!!! -- In 3-5 minutes on foot you can enjoy the initiation of tsipouro in "Demiris", in "Prosfygakia", in "Boko", in "Methystana", in "Tzimi", in "Marina", in "Karakatsani", some of the most authentic tsipouro taverns of Nea Ionia. -- The playgrounds are 100 meters away, as well as the church of Evangelistria. -- The city center and the beach are 900 meters away, a 10-12 minute walk. -- The polytechnic is a 5-minute walk away. -- There is easy parking on the public road. During your stay, be sure to lock the door as you leave by pressing the arrow on the external keypad. Make sure garbage is removed regularly (especially during summer). Respect the hours of common silence. 15.30 to 17.30 and 22.00 to 07.30 (October 1st to March 31st) and 15.00 to 17.30 and 23.00 to 07.00 (April 1st to September 30th) All the house rules and additional necessary information for your stay can be found in the welcome book, which you will find upon entering the apartment. We recommend that you read them!!! Absolutely no refunds are accepted. We are at your disposal for anything else you need in order to have a pleasant stay Guest access You have access to all areas. You don't have access to 4 cabinets that serve the needs of the house. Other things to note Once the reservation is confirmed, you must IMMEDIATELY send us the DOCUMENTS REQUIRED by the country's tax authorities, namely: -- TIN and ID (2 sides) for Greek citizens, -- identity card or passport for foreign citizens. The above information will be used exclusively for the declaration to the tax authorities (Law 4446/2016 & POL 1187/2017) and for no other reason, fully following the law on the protection of personal data. The reservation is considered CANCELLED if this information is not sent in a timely manner. There will be NO EXCEPTIONS and no refunds for this reason. After sending this information, we will send you a message with instructions for self check-in (application or code) ** From 01/01/2025 all bookings are subject to 2 additional taxes: -- Climate Crisis Resilience Fee, at a cost of €2 per day for the period from November to February & €8 per day for the period from March to October.
