[Last Supper] Elegant Atelier
Just a few steps away from Leonardo's Last Supper and the metro stands an ancient Milanese social house. Fully furnished by the famous Roberta Tagliavini, with chairs designed by the students of the Brera Academy, the flat combines history and design. Located on the fourth floor, the apartment offers a view of Milan accompanied by an unusual silence. The space The flat is located in a historic 'Casa di Ringhiera', a space that once housed poor families and is now one of the city's most exclusive living scenarios. - Bedroom and living room The bedroom offers a double bed positioned under a window with a view of the city, creating a corner of tranquillity and inspiration. A large armchair and a comfortable sofa complete the area, perfect for relaxing or enjoying a good book. The television is strategically placed to provide an optimal viewing experience. - Walkway and courtyard Next to the entrance, you will find a walkway adorned with plants, creating a small oasis of nature in the heart of the city. A perfect place to take a break from the urban bustle. Access to the courtyard offers outdoor space, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a drink with friends. - Dining room and kitchen The dining room is tastefully furnished with a glass table and four chairs from the Brera Academy, providing an ideal setting for sharing meals and conversations. The kitchen is fully equipped, ensuring that all your culinary needs can be easily and pleasantly satisfied. Guest access The walkway overlooking the courtyard is entirely at the disposal of guests, offering a private and quiet corner where they can relax and enjoy moments of peace. The courtyard, an enchanting place, is open to guests. It is a space where you can immerse yourself in the beauty of the surroundings and savour moments of serenity. In addition, the courtyard is an excellent solution for the safe parking of bicycles and mopeds, offering convenience and tranquillity for your means of transport. Other things to note Due to space constraints, the water heater in our flat has a capacity of 20 litres. Consequently, the water heater provides approximately 10 minutes of hot water per shower, and after completing a shower, there is a waiting time of approximately 20 minutes before the hot water is available for the next shower. It's essential to be mindful of this information if consecutive showers are planned. Registration number 015146-LNI-03541
