The space There are 2 guest bedrooms situated on the ground floor of this 3-storey property. Both rooms have been recently decorated and refurbished to include new parquet flooring, shutters, beds, light fittings and lamps, bedding and pillows. There is one small private double room, for single person occupancy only, and one private double bedroom, for single person occupancy only unless both rooms are booked together (additional fee per night charged for extra guest), both lockable. There is one guest shared shower room, with double size shower, toilet and wash basin. Towels, hand soap and hand cream are complimentary. The utility room hosts complimentary tea/coffee making facilities, microwave, small refrigerator, glasses. Access to the property is from the front where there are 2 parking spaces available directly outside on the driveway. Guest access Access to the property is from the front door. A key safe lockbox is outside the front door to allow guests to self-check in when required. During your stay I live at the property along with my dog and cat. I work from home so am usually around during your stay, however I live on the two floors above so you'll not be disturbed unless of course there is anything that you need from me.
