We offer a home from home in a peaceful setting, surrounded by countryside yet close to so much. 10 minutes from East Midlands Airport (but not under the flight path) and Castle Donnington Racetrack, lots of local attractions, and 30-40 minutes from Leicester, Nottingham, Derby and Birmingham (45mins to the centre). The space Main Bedroom; King size - 2 singles joined, with king-size topper (very comfortable) Downstairs Bedroom; 2 single beds Sink and access to downstairs toilet. Please be aware the shower room is accessed through the main bedroom. Other things to note This is one third of our house, it is self-contained and separate but you will be in the same house as us, hence the name! We welcome quiet, well behaved dogs (one per visit) but do have rules regarding their stay; Always on a lead in the garden (the garden is not enclosed) All "deposits" are cleared up from both the garden and Cloud Trail Dogs are NOT allowed on any of the furniture Dogs must never be left at "One Third" alone.
