This self-contained studio apartment is newly renovated to a high standard and interior designed to provide compact accommodation in a beautiful residential area of North Oxford. It's clean and bright with comfortable furnishings, in an ideal location, close to buses, supermarkets, cafes and just a couple of miles from Oxford City centre. There is one small parking space on the property – please advise if required. Please respect that this is a NO SMOKING property! The space The clean and comfortable studio apartment is small, but has everything you need for a short stay in Oxford: an upholstered double bed with Egyptian cotton linen; large towels on a heated towel rail in the smart shower room; fitted kitchen area with induction hob, fan oven, fridge, microwave and washing machine, cupboards above and a hanging wardrobe; a fold-up table and chairs for dining; a drop-leaf wooden desk; 32" TV with NetFlix, and underfloor heating throughout. Cases can be stored on the internal stairs (which are not in use). Guest access A key safe is located at the bottom of the steps by the entrance. The code will be sent prior to your arrival. Check in is from 3pm and check out time is by 11:00am on your final day. Please leave the studio clean and tidy and return the key to the key safe on your departure. If you require assistance during your stay, just call - we live upstairs! Other things to note A starter supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk is provided. Shops are just 5 minutes away! Owners live upstairs with two small dogs, who do bark on occasions! Towels and linen will be refreshed for you each week and if you are staying longer, a weekly clean through is also included. Please, no smoking, and not suitable for small children.
