Loft in Hove

A spacious studio flat two mins walk from the sea, in a beautiful Victorian mansion block. Fantastic location on one of the most prestigious avenues in Hove. Close to shops, cafes and the many fine restaurants in Hove. Sea views from the windows and a shady garden to escape the hustle and bustle! The space Welcome to my home that I would love to share with you (tho I won't be here)! I love living here as it’s so close to the beach, and bang in the centre of the vibrant and cosmopolitan Hove. The studio flat is also so close to its noisier sister Brighton...only 25 minutes walk away. My flat is well designed by the previous owners... and it’s eclectic and unique in its style, which I’ve added to with my own things and paintings. It’s a brilliant space, a few things need updating perhaps, but it is unique and everyone who walks in says WOW! So... I hope you will love it as much as I do for a little escape. Opening the curtains every morning is always a moment, usually one of great joy, looking out to sea and the blue, and the wind farms, and then green of Hove Lawns... Guest access There’s a shared garden you are welcome to use. Other things to note The bed is a loft bed, and there is a ladder to access it. Please don’t take drinks up there! (Water only) There is carpet throughout the main living area so be mindful of that please. Shoes off rule is a good one that the Scandinavians adopt and makes sense! Emergency carpet spray in bathroom cupboard under sink! Loads of nice bars, shops and restaurants literally on the door step. (Church Road)
