Welcome to share our summer paradise on Orust in beautiful Nösund, which is located on the west coast with the sea as the nearest neighbor. The house with two apartments is a short stone's throw from the beach and swimming area with cliffs and piers. This accommodation refers to the upper apartment in the house. The hiking trail starts right outside the gate and you can hike up the mountains or between the villages on Orust. The property is located in a south/southwest location with sun from morning to late evening. If you want peace and quiet, this is the place for you The space The house consists of two apartments with separate entrances. The upper apartment is about 50 m2 and consists of 2 bedrooms with double beds, 1 spacious bathroom and large kitchen with integrated living room with dining area and cozy sofa. Large terrace with lake views in south/southwest location with evening sun. The property was newly renovated in spring/summer 2023. the apartment is equipped with comfort cooling Guest access As a guest, you have access to a large fenced plot with large lawns to hang out on. Other things to note The house is located below the parking lot with stairs and is not wheelchair accessible. Alternative easier way to the house without stairs can be via the jetty.
