As you walk into the home, the unique feel of this 3 bedroom 2 bathroom house will shine through. Dont let the age of the home fool you. Inside you will find everything you need to be cozy. The name says it all, The Ugly Duckling is old on the outside, but the inside is fresh and clean. The space Located minutes from downtown, or all of the restaurants around 13th ave s, you will not be far from anything you want to do. But if staying in is what you desire, the cozy charm of this 110+ year old house will welcome you the minute you walk in! Kitchen: Equipped with everything you will need to make your own meal, this updated kitchen will be the perfect compliment to your stay. You will have all of the pots and pans that you need, but also a fully stocked coffee bar ready for a warm cup of jo. Bedrooms: When it is time to rest your eyes, you will find 3 bedrooms furnished with 2 queen beds and an amazing king bed. On the main floor of the house, you will find one of the queen beds, and on the upper level of the house you will find the remaining 2 bedrooms. Guest access During your time in The Ugly Duckling, you will have full access to the house. This is including the parking spaces on the East side of the house.
