Here’s why... — Full-stocked kitchen. — 20-minute drive to downtown. — 10-minute drive from The Domain: an open-air shopping center that boasts restaurants, stores, entertainment, and more. — 10-minute drive from Q2 Stadium: home of Austin FC. — Proximity to Apple, Visa, Samsung, and Dell (perfect for business travels). — Recently renovated with a modern look and feel. — Large backyard with privacy fence. — Free street parking and a dedicated driveway parking spot. — Free utilities & high-speed WiFi (500 Mbps). — 10 minutes drive from Walnut Creek Metropolitan Park. — Garage for storage space w/ onsite washer & dryer. — WFH set-up w/ desk and monitor. — 5-10 minute drive to multiple grocery stores: HEB, Walmart, Costco, Whole Foods, and Sprouts. — Flexible check-in/out. Guest access — The whole house is yours for your stay! — Keyless self–check-in. A couple of days before your arrival, I will message you with: 1. Check-in details. 2. A digital guidebook with all the necessary house info and recommendations for my favorite activities and restaurants. Other things to note Please remember you’re staying in a person’s house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect, just as the previous guests have. If any problems arise, I will do my best to take action ASAP, but please note nobody is living on-site 24-7. For non-emergency issues, I do not send maintenance to the property during your stay, only after you depart. — All guests must be 21+ except for children with parents. — 4 people max. We charge per guest; please have an accurate guest count. If bringing more than 4 guests, please message host before booking. — There is a camera above the front of the house and at the front door in place for your protection. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave immediately. — No late checkout or early check-in, unless approved by host. If you arrive early or depart late without approval, there will be a $50 charge per event. — A $25 pet fee per pet per night applies for short-term stays (1-2 nights) If you plan to bring a pet, let me know, and I’ll help adjust the pet fee for your reservation. Monthly stays and 3+ nights are $100 pet fee per pet. — No pets on beds and furnitures. If excessive amount of pet hair is found on beds/furnitures, guests may be subject to additional pet hair cleaning fee. — No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/ other things that are beyond our control. — We provide a start of supplies like laundry detergent, dish soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. You may need to buy more if you’re booking an extended stay.
